This 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo in Brighton Tower at Kingston Plantation in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina received upgrades in all three bathrooms and kitchen. Unfortunately, we failed to take photos prior to beginning work, and we failed to take photos of the kitchen after the remodel. Oops!

In the master bath we removed the jacuzzi tub and framed for a walk-in shower. We also removed the walls to the stand-up shower for new tile. I’ve heard of his and hers closets, but his and hers showers? Sounds, like a new trend in the making! We finished this room off with all new door handles, shower and sink faucets, toilet and vanity lighting.

In the jack and jill bath we removed the shower surround for new tile, installed all new door handles, shower and sink faucets, toilet and vanity lighting.

Finally, in the guest bath, we removed the shower and tub walls for new tile, installed new faucets in the tub and shower, hung a new shower curtain, installed a new toilet, sink faucets and vanity lighting.
