Saltwater Grande Realty‘s client, Lucy was trying to sell her home in Long Bay, however it was continuously being overlooked. Their realtor with Saltwater Grande suggested repainting the interior of the home so that when folks came to view it, they could see past the color of the walls, ceilings, and doors, and see themselves living in this beautiful home for years to come. We tackled the project, repairing walls throughout the home, and giving the walls, doors, trim, and ceilings a couple fresh coats of paint. Once the job was completed, and new photos of the home were taken, the home was under contract within one week! We couldn’t be happier with how this one turned out, and we’re so glad Lucy and her husband were able to sell it so quickly after the transformation. Check out the before and after photos below:
