We teamed up with Saltwater Grande Design for this complete remodel at Bahama Sands in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. This vacation rental property wasn’t performing at it’s best, so the owner contacted Saltwater Grande’s design team for help. Saltwater Grande put their expertise to work and came up with a design that would maximize revenue while keeping within the property owner’s budget. In this 3 bedroom 3 bath condo, we replaced carpet and tile with beautiful commercial grade luxury vinyl plank flooring that will stand up to the vacation rental traffic. We painted the entire unit, adding accent walls in the bedrooms and living/dining room, giving the unit a pop of coastal blue throughout. The master bathroom shower was removed and we built a gorgeous tile shower in its place. All three bathroom vanities were replaced with custom shaker style cabinets and granite countertops. The focal point of the condo is the stunning shiplap and tile fireplace wall we built, along with it’s custom-built mantel. We finished off the unit with new bathroom mirrors, wall-mounting all of the TVs, replacing the dining room lighting, and replacing the track lighting and adding a tile backsplash in the kitchen. The transformation of this property is amazing – see for yourself in the before and after photos below!
